What the request form collects

When you send the request-access form, we receive:

• your name;
• your work e-mail address;
• your company or authority;
• what describes you (for example PSP, operator, law firm or regulator);
• the markets you need and what you need first, if you tell us;
• your message, if you write one.

Please don't include personal data about other people in your message.

Why we use it

We use these details only to answer your request: to reply to you, to understand which markets and checks matter to you, and to set up the access you asked for. We don't add you to a mailing list, we don't sell your details, and we don't share them with our clients or use them in the data we publish.

How your request reaches us

The form sends your details as one e-mail to our team's mailbox. We don't keep them in a database on this website. Our reply comes from hello@crossnorm.com.

How long we keep it

We keep request e-mails and our correspondence for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then delete them. If you become a client, the details you need for your account are kept for as long as the account exists.

Protection against automated requests

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a script, sends it. Turnstile processes technical information from your browser, such as your IP address and browser signals, to make that check. When you send the form, our server passes your IP address to Turnstile's verification service and uses it briefly to limit repeated requests from the same address. We don't store your IP address.

Hosting, cookies and analytics

The website runs on Cloudflare, which processes request data such as IP addresses and headers to deliver and protect the site. This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them at any time: write to hello@crossnorm.com. We answer within one month. If you think we have handled your details wrongly, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we update this page and the date at the top.
